5.1. Students must have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and necessary software for attending classes. 5.2. Tutoriya is not responsible for connectivity issues or technical failures on the user’s end.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed based on Tutoriya’s refund policy. 6.2. If a class is canceled by Tutoriya, a replacement session or refund will be provided.

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates & India. 9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in respected country.
